Annual Bedbug Report (Local Law 69)
Every multiple dwelling owner must file a bedbug infestation history with HPD each year during December, covering the previous November-to-October year — even if the answer is zero.

What it costs to miss
Failure to file is an HPD violation, and the filing is public — prospective tenants and buyers check it. An accurate zero-infestation history is a marketing asset; a missing filing looks like you’re hiding something.
What gets reported
Unit count, how many units had infestations, how many were treated, and how many were re-infested after treatment. File online through HPD’s portal in December; then give tenants the filing (or post/distribute the notice) within 60 days.
